Locating Your Viwinco Window Warranty

Watch the short, step-by-step video above to fully learn how to register your windows! To follow along, you’ll need your Viwinco warranty label, which can be found using the diagram below. The label is located in different spots depending on the product style.  

Note: If the warranty label is missing or cannot be accessed/located, any window from the same order will have the same order number. If you are unable to find the warranty label, please contact Viwinco customer service at 800-927-2848. 

If you need to get a warranty label from a picture (fixed) window, the glazing bead will need to be removed to access it. However, if you have other windows from the same order, you can use the warranty label from one of those windows instead. 

Need Help Finding Your Warranty Label? 

Please do not confuse the warranty label with the gold AAMA label—they are similar in shape and size, but the AAMA label does not contain the information required for submitting a warranty claim. 

Once you’ve located your warranty label, mark down the following information. This information will be used in the “Viwinco Order Information” and “Distributor Information” sections.  

1. Viwinco Job #, this will go in the “Viwinco Job Number” field.  
2. Distributor, this will go in the “Distributor Code” field under “Distributor Information”  
3. Product Line, this will go in the “Viwinco Brand” field.  
4. Product Style, this will go in the “Window Type” field.  
5. Delivery Date, this will go in the “Date of Installation” field.  

Then, navigate to Viwinco’s warranty registration page and fill out the form!
