The Project

This home in Chester Springs, PA received a stylish upgrade. As part of a larger outdoor renovation, the homeowners were looking to replace their old patio door, with something a little more modern. The old doors were outdated, had significant operating issues, and didn’t fit the look and feel of the newly renovated outdoor space.

Replacing the doors helped bring the entire project together, creating a cleaner, more updated transition between the home and backyard while also improving everyday functionality. The new patio doors complement the outdoor living area, while providing effortless operation and a seamless transition that supports a blended indoor/ outdoor lifestyle. This door’s four panels cover an expansive opening, allowing natural light to flood the home’s interior while increasing the home’s energy efficiency.

This installation features two Viwinco 4-panel KD (knock down) patio door systems. The project also includes a Viwinco 2-panel patio door featuring integrated Blink Blinds between the glass. The blinds are sealed within the insulated glass unit, protecting them from dust, damage, or wear. Both doors feature smooth sliding operations, energy efficiency, and long-term durability while enhancing both the functionality and overall aesthetic of the space.
